RÉSEAUX SOCIAUX : Le succès foudroyant de "In A Heartbeat"

Ce n'est jamais chose aisée que de déclarer à sa flamme à quelqu'un, surtout quand c'est la première fois. C'est encore plus difficile quand la personne concernée est du même sexe. C'est le sujet du très beau court métrage "In a Heartbeat", réalisé par deux étudiants américains, Beth David et Esteban Bravo. Les deux camarades avaient lancé une cagnotte en novembre dernier pour financer leur projet et avaient réussi à récolter la coquette somme de 14.000 dollars.

Le film d'animation raconte l'histoire d'un jeune collégien, Sherwin, fou amoureux d'un de ses camarades de classe, Jonathan. Sherwin, timide et un peu maladroit, l'observe de loin sans oser aller à sa rencontre. C'est son coeur qui s'en chargera en sortant de sa poitrine pour courir à la rencontre du beau et confiant Jonathan. S'en suivent quatre minutes de film, sans aucun dialogue, où se mêlent du suspense, de l'humour, (un peu de) tristesse et surtout beaucoup de tendresse.

Comme chaque fin de semaine, nous découvrons les 10 scènes les plus populaires de la semaine. La semaine dernière c'était la scène "Brûlants comme le soleil" de French Twinks avec les acteurs français Abel Lacourt et Gabriel Lambert. Pour cette semaine, c'est une nouvelle scène qui prend la tête du classement. Il s'agit des acteurs espagnols Alejandro Torres et Ken Summers avec la scène "Raw Heat" de Fuckermate.

SOCIAL NETWORKS : The overwhelming success of "In A Heartbeat"

It is never easy to declare to someone's flame, especially when it is the first time. It is even more difficult when the person concerned is of the same sex. This is the subject of the beautiful short film "In a Heartbeat", directed by two American students, Beth David and Esteban Bravo. The two comrades had launched a jackpot last November to finance their project and had managed to collect the tidy sum of 14,000 dollars.

The animated film tells the story of a young schoolboy, Sherwin, crazy in love with one of his classmates, Jonathan. Sherwin, shy and a little awkward, watches him from afar without daring to meet him. It is his heart that will take care of it, coming out of his chest to run to meet the beautiful and confident Jonathan. There followed four minutes of film, without any dialogue, where mingle suspense, humor, (a little) sadness and especially a lot of tenderness.
